Quick answers.
Do I need the app to have my card checked?
You don’t, and neither does the inspector. They scan the QR code with a normal phone camera and see immediately whether your card is valid.
What if I have no signal?
Your card works offline, even in a warehouse without reception. Answers in the briefing quiz are also kept until you are back online.
Does the briefing count if I got my licence elsewhere?
Yes. Add your licence in the app and complete the briefing like everyone else. The record is noted on your card and saved as a PDF in your profile.
Does the app replace the briefing by my employer?
No. The app covers the knowledge part of the annual briefing. Anything specific to your workplace, such as routes, operating instructions and your actual equipment, is still covered by your employer.
How do I redeem a company code?
Choose a date, tap "Firmencode" (company code) at payment and enter the code, for example DA-K7X2-M94P. The seat then costs you nothing.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer (your seat is reserved until payment arrives), by company invoice with 14 days to pay, or with a company code.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around — all dates are public. To book and for your card you need an account: with email, Google or Apple.
How do I delete my account?
Directly in the app or by emailing us. All steps and what happens to your data are on the "Delete your account" page.
